The Estate Manager will lead, manage and be directly involved in the running of the farm and the maintenance of the grounds and gardens of the Maple Hayes Hall estate. The role involves managing a small team in their various roles across the park, farmland, and school grounds, as well as being involved directly in the tasks at hand. The Estate Manager will provide proactive leadership, ensuring continual training and development of grounds and farm staff.
